Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Product Assessment:Product Assessment: We may need to conduct an assessment of your product to determine whether a repair, replacement or refund is appropriate. RAILBLAZA products may need to be sent to the manufacturer or their repair agent for assessment.
Liaise with the manufacturer: For RAILBLAZA products assessment you may have the option to liaise directly with the manufacturer, or their repair agent. Our team members can provide you with the relevant manufacturer contact details. Products assessed as having a minor fault will be repaired by the manufacturer and returned to you within a reasonable time. We offer a refund or replacement if the product is assessed as having a major failure.
Deep Ocean Products only accept the replacement or refund for a product damage or if the product fails to be an acceptable quality. However it is only entitled if the damage is reported within 7 days if receipt of order with photos and a description of the problem and we will make our best effort to reach a mutually agreeable resolution.
Exclusions: In some cases, a refund, replacement, or repair may not be offered if you:

Substantially modify the product

Misuse the product contrary to user instructions or packaging labels

Simply change your mind
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your replacement or refund after inspecting the item. If your replacement or refund is approved, we will make effort but does not guarantee, to process refund aor replacement within 7 days of receipt by us of the returned product.
Warranty and Liability
Deep Ocean Products provide 1 year warranty to all products except the RAILBLAZA product, for warranty details of RAILBLAZA products please click here.
In the event of a warranty claim, Deep Ocean Products' liability will be limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the goods. Deep Ocean Products will not be liable for any associated costs incurred by the customer as a result of a warranty claim. This includes, but is not limited to, the cost of the damaged or lost content that is the subject of the warranty claim. It is essential that all product is carefully installed or used according to the instruction. Deep Ocean Products shall not be responsible for any labour charges incurred in replacing any defective Goods. Deep Ocean Products will not be liable for Goods which have not been stored or used in a proper manner.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. But we will pay for return freight for any product assessed as having a major failure.
